Frame Watch or "Jesus' General gets under their skin"

This is a follow up on the frame watch that generated so much discussion here a while ago.  I am piloting a system that I hope will allow us to track frames as they move through the blogosphere.  This was just a test run, I hope to do it again sampling a greater number of sites. Some of the results are surprising.

This table sorts politically charged phrases (or frames) from red to blue according to their relative frequency on RedState and DailyKos, going from the reddest to the bluest. Take note of the frames that contradict your preconceptions. They usually indicate barbs thrown by one side of the spectrum that receive more attention from the targets of the barb (e.g., "yellow elephants", "tree hugger") than by the throwers of it. Jesus' General should get credit for the fact that "Yellow Elephant" gets a lot of attention from Republicans, as he has initiated a campaign to encourage all draft-age supporters of the war to sign up for duty in Iraq and make up for the dwindling Army and National Guard recruitment numbers. This frame is closely linked to the use of the term "chickenhawk" to refer to those who believe in the war but have "other priorities" than fighting in it.
